Yes, but please note that: • Our website will lock 30 minutes before the sale starts so we can get everything ready. • Items in your cart are not reserved, so get through checkout as quick as possible.
Do I have to use Afterpay to complete my purchase?
No! While we are partnering with Afterpay for the sale, you are not required to use it to receive the discount.
Can I return items purchased during the sale?
Unopened items discounted by 30% or more may be returned for store credit under our return policy. See details Items discounted by 40% or more are final sale and cannot be returned.
How quickly will my order ship?
Due to increased demand, please allow 2–4 business days for order processing and shipping. If demand exceeds expectations, we will provide updates regarding any potential delays.
Will pre-order items be discounted?
Yes, pre-order pieces are included in the sale at the same discount as in-stock items. You'll simply see their dispatch window noted on the product page, so you know exactly when your linen will be on its way to you.
Can I use discount codes during the sale?
Sale pricing is applied automatically site-wide, so there's nothing to enter at checkout. Because these are our best prices of the season, other discount codes are paused while the sale is on; they'll be back once it ends.
