Can I return items purchased during the sale?
All sales are final during our "40% for 40 minutes" promotion, so we won’t be accepting "Change of Mind" returns.
Can I pre-order items during the sale?
The sale applies only to in-stock items; pre-orders will be turned off.
How quickly will my order ship?
Due to high demand, orders may take 1-4 business days to process and ship. We’ll provide updates if any delays occur.
Will I be able to add items to my cart before the sale starts?
Yes, but please note the website will be locked 30 minutes before the sale starts, and adding items to your cart doesn’t reserve them.
Will bundles be included in the sale?
No, bundles and the “Build Your Own Bundle” option will be temporarily unavailable during the sale.
