To ensure our luxurious linen achieves its signature softness and durability, each piece is stonewashed before it reaches you. For the first wash, please launder your new linen separately from other items.

Washing Instructions:

• Machine Wash: Use a gentle cycle with similar colors at 30º C. Hand-washing is not recommended.
• Dry Cleaning: Our Quilts and Coverlets can also be dry cleaned if preferred.
• Detergent: Use a gentle fabric detergent. Do not apply detergent directly to the quilt. Always dilute with water before adding it to your washing machine. Avoid bleach, soaking, stain removers, and fabric softeners. Note: Avoid using the detergent brand "Earth Choice Wool and Delicates" as it can cause discoloration and staining.

Drying Instructions:

• Tumble Dry: We recommend tumble drying as it is important your linen is dried quickly and thoroughly to avoid watermarks. Avoid over-drying.
• Line Drying: Not recommended for our Quilts and Coverlets.

Following these guidelines will help maintain the quality and longevity of your beautiful linen.

Please note, although our Quilted Blankets & Coverlets are Machine Washable and Machine Dryable, it is important to keep in mind that not every Washing Machine or Dryer will fit all sizes & fillings of quilts.

Returns & Refunds

Returns - Change of Mind

Please note that returns or exchanges due to a change of mind are not permitted during our "40% off for 40 minutes" sale. All sales during this promotion are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

During our "Up to 70% off" Sale:

• Items discounted by 30% or less may be returned for store credit with the terms listed below.
• Items discounted by 40% or more are final sale and not eligible for return.

You may request a change of mind return within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing your request to: hello@selahandstone.com.au before returning your order.

Please note that change of mind returns are currently only available for Australian customers.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition: unopened, unused, and with all tags and labels attached. Bedding must not be removed from its fabric bag, unfolded, washed, or used.

For quilted blankets and coverlets, once removed from their vacuum-sealed packaging, they are no longer considered unopened. While you may still submit a change of mind return request, it will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and an additional repackaging fee may apply along with the standard return fee.

Returns must be shipped in a protective satchel/mailer. Items should not be returned using only the clear plastic bag. The clear plastic bag should remain on the product for added protection and be placed in a satchel or mailer for return.

Selah + Stone is not liable for any returns lost or damaged during transit. Please ensure items are securely packaged for return shipping.

Upon approval of your return request, a prepaid Australia Post return label will be provided. The return label should be printed, affixed to the package, and dropped off at your nearest Australia Post Office. A flat-rate return fee of $19.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping.

Once your return is received, we will verify its condition. If it meets the return criteria, a refund (minus the applicable fees) will be processed to your original payment method. This process may take 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If the item does not meet the return requirements, the return will be declined, and the item will be returned to you without a refund.

Free Gift with Purchase
If your order included a "Free Gift with Purchase" and your return causes the total value of your order to fall below the qualifying threshold for the free gift, the following conditions apply:

• The free gift must be returned in its original, new, and unopened condition.
• If the free gift is not returned in the required condition, the RRP value of the gift will be deducted from your refund or store credit, as applicable.

Seconds/As-Is Items

Items sold as seconds or "as-is" are not eligible for change of mind or faulty returns.

Faulty Items

At Selah + Stone, we take pride in the quality of our products. Each order undergoes rigorous quality checks before being dispatched. However, if an item arrives faulty or damaged, please report it within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@selahandstone.com.au. We will arrange and cover the cost of return shipping for approved faulty item claims and send a replacement at no additional cost.

Please note: General wear and tear from normal use is not considered a fault.
